Hetergenous Tumor - ER+ and TN in same Tumor

I was diagnosed in February.  Originally, my tumor tested out ER+ (83%), PR-, Her2-.  My tumor was sent for the Oncotype DX test and the results came back Triple Negative.  Had the tumor tested out numerous times and came back that some portions were ER+, some were TN, and some were weakly positive.

My tumor was 1.0x1.0x1.5, 0/4 nodes, no skin involvement, no chest wall involvement, no nipple involvement, Stage Ia.  I had 4 Taxotere/Cytoxan.  Now will begin either Tamoxifen or AI's depending on my lab work.  (Last period was last Labor Day weekend.)

Has anyone else had both ER+ and TN in the same tumor?  Genomic Health is now going to start tracking this type of tumor (and wanted my permission to use my stats).  I've been told this occurs in only 2% of all BC.  It's the first time my oncologist has seen it and he's been practicing for 30 years.

My IHC results were ER strongly positive, PR no staining at all, and Her2 1+,  my Oncotype DX showed ER low positive, PR very low positive, and Her2  was not reported by Oncotype at that time (they started reporting it 2 weeks after mine was run!)  FISH test was 1.66 (called duplicated, not amplified)
