    Hi maize - sorry for the delay replying to you (you can always reach us by PM to this name, or post in the Comments, Suggestions, Feature Requests forum).

    Do you mean that there's sometimes a long delay before your post appears? If it's that, it happens to us sometimes too, and clicking again just double-posts the same thing. It may be that the servers are especially busy at the time - we'll ask the tech wizards to take another look.
