Crazy Itchy Boob Attack - Anyone??

The other night I was awoken out of a deep sleep by the fact that I was scratching the heck out of my radiated boob...the whole thing was absolutely flaring with itch - can't even describe it, but intense, deep, burning itch. 

Has anyone experienced this?  I finished rads almost a year and a half ago and throughout that time, I've had itchy sensations, changes in the general feeling or consistency, soreness or sometimes even some swelling - which are all apparently normal, but this latest thing was just weird and very intense....
