Triple Positive Stage/Grade I

Hello Everyone,

My mother [45] was diagnosed with IDC st. I, grade 1 ER+, PR+, Her2+ this March with no node involvement. Since then, she's had a total mastectomy [first a lumpectomy to diagnose] and Oophorectomy [She already had a hysterectomy done two years ago for different reasons]. She's on Tamoxifen currently. We just got her FISH results [3.02] and oncologist is going to start her on Herceptin and Chemotherapy this/next week. She is already so unbelievably weak and tired I cannot imagine how she's going to cope!

 Her PET & CT scan were both clean. What should I expect? Will it recur? I hate even thinking about it but will she be there to see me married, to play with her grandchildren and if god is fair, great grandchildren? Please share your experiences - I am absolutely devastated!
