Attention bikram yoga practitioners!

Options

If you practiced throughout your chemo and radiation treatments, you may have been helping yourself without even knowing it; see link about treating cancer with whole-body hyperthermia:

One link I researched suggested sitting in a hot room for an hour, heated to around 107 degrees.  Consider our bikram yoga practice at 105-110 degrees, 26 poses 2x, and 1.5 hours!  I practiced throughout my treatment--did anyone else?

Thanks for the link!  I began Bikram after I completed chemo, as part of my detox and "take back my body" regiment. I love it and plan to continue. I didn't know anything about it other than it makes you sweat when I chose to join... so the intuition worked well on this one.. it seems :)
