I didn't write this book, have no money invested in it, get nothing for this post, don't know the author.    I found this great book for caregivers that I wish I'd had when I was first diagnosed.  I highly recommend it.  It's called:

The Medical Day Planner, the guide to help navigate the medical maze, by Tory Zellick.

It is for caregivers, to keep track of their loved ones illness.  The author's mother died of breast cancer and this is what she wish she'd had during those years.

There are sections for phone numbers of doctors, medications, appointments, treatments, hospitalizations, scans, etc.  It's a handy reference book that you can use as illness progresses if necessary.

I wish I'd had this book when I was first diagnosed.  While I'm Stage IV, I still don't need a caregiver per se.  Someday I will though, and having this book from the beginning would have been easy to fill out and have that information.  There will come a time when I can't care for myself or can't remember something or maybe can't speak for myself -  and it's all organized in this book.  I am very impressed.  It's the right size to stick in a purse and still have everything you'll need.

Even though I'm years down the road, I am going to fill mine out for my husband.  I bet he can't even name my doctors!

I have always suggested that everybody get a binder to keep copies of path reports, blood tests, etc in it.  And, this book is a perfect companion to that.  There are also explanations of the kinds of things you need to do, forms to fill out, paperwork etc.  I've taken care of most of it but it sure would have been handy to have it written down in one place like this.

Anyway, if you use this link to buy it, I get 6% of the sale because I'm an Amazon Affiliate (nothing to do with the book).

The Medical Day Planner: The Guide to Help Navigate the Medical Maze

But, here it is straight, as I am not trying to sell it and don't know the author or anything. So, if you buy it from this link, I don't get anything.  :)  Medical Day Planner

It's a good product, I highly suggest it.
