As a Her2 + survivor, who is on Herceptin hold due to heart issues, I've read also that walnuts really help suppress Her 2 Neu.  Needless to say, I am eating walnuts.  Glad to see this article, too!  Thank you!

note to self, buy walnuts, can not hurt and might help and I do like them!

I also heard that flaxseed suppress Her2 and it can cross the blood brain barrier.  I wouldn't eat flaxseed in place of taking Herceptin, but I include it in my morning smoothie.  Off to buy some more walnuts!

Does maple-walnut ice cream count?

Seriously, could have a few ounces of walnuts on salads etc.  Other ideas besides desserts?

Love walnuts, and this gives me a reason to eat them.

Kay, we eat walnuts with breakfast, added to muesli or oatmeal or pancakes. They are also good just as they are for a snack.
