Driving after lumpectomy and node removal

I had a lumpectomy and 3 nodes removed with no drains 4 weeks ago. I had very little pain until about day ten. I had what I later found out was a seroma, quite a lot of fluid flowed out of my nipple. This stopped and I have a scab over my nipple since. At times I felt my breast would explode. A neighbour suggested I have a warm bath with bread soda in it to help relieve it. I've had some relief from this since.

I'm having a lot of pain in my armpit, and any suggestions for relieving this would be welcome. I especially find it bad when I'm driving and changing the gears. I'm actually wondering if I'm putting a strain on the wound by driving.
