"Why do things always happen on the weekends or after hours?"

Hello Ladies, 

After hearing this statement so many times this last year, I thought it would be nice to have a place to come on the weekends or after hours and maybe get a little help, encouragement and/or consoling... I will start with my experience this week:

The emergency and urgent cares in our town are crazy.. This week it was Friday when I had to deal with the Urgent Care doctor after falling.. I hurt my compromised side arm and hurt my foot.. the doc totally ignored any Lymphedema issues and just looked at the foot.. told me its not broken and sent me home... I so wish I had an appt with one of my REAL docs... Thanks to Binney and Kira's guidance, the fears that were overwhelming me were put to rest and I am on watch for any signs of infection.. I am hoping others will join in with there experiences and make this topic move to be a help to others that can't make it to an urgent care...
