I work part time in a greenhouse and have found that even a foam form is too much.  Being a Uni makes it weird and surreptitiously slipping the form back in when I have to deal with customers has become a fine art.  Everyone I work with knows about the surgery but I'm still addressing body image issues.

Light loose clothes, water, sit if you're overwhelmed.

If you are having trouble with the hot flashes and cooling a bowl of cold water with your feet soaking is good to drop your body temp.  Cool washers on the back of your neck with a small fan directed at the same place is also good.

AHHH the heat, I keep thinking don,t complain it,s not snow! and I made one of those little paper fans ( the ones where you fold the sheet of paper back and forth when you were a kid) and carry it in my bag it is lightweight and I use it all the time and i can renew it anytime! ( no expenses spared here)hahaha!

Give me Autumn or Winter any day!  I hate Summer.  Ugh.  This is awful.  I feel like a bat in a batcave: all my blinds/curtains are drawn, the AC is blasting, and I don't go outside much before dusk.

Nothing more beautiful than a raging snowstorm.
