Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

I have had a failed implant recon due to my radiation and just completed my stage 1 gap flap recon after waiting 2 years. My PS suggests I would greatly improve my skin and radiated tissue damage if I had this treatment. There are promising results using this and would optimize the outcome of reconstruction. So my question is: has anyone done this? What is the protocol/and did it work ? Thanks
