Post radiation rash

I completed radiation 2 months ago. I have recently developed a rash under the radiated breast. It is red and seems to be spreading up the outerside of my beast and into my arm pit. It itches like crazy. It is only on the radiated side. It is just red although I seem to have small swollen bumps on the underside of the actual breast. Otherwise i feel fine. Any thoughts? Thank you.
