Mags- rads are very fatiguing. At least you are sleeping better through the night.
-
Lily,
I think Sanctuary has a really nice sound to it
-
Jazzy,
Daughter had indoor aloe vera plants that bloomed during the Winter.
MOmmy,
Time to get those drains out.
Lily,
I would enjoy a sanctuary with a recliner.
*Hermits*

-
Drains are gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Yay, how was the shower? Probably still in it!
-
Can't shower til the morning per docs orders!
-
MOmmy, morning shower............

-
Mommy- oh yes, they need things to close up, I had the same thing after I had my internal rads tubes removed. I had to wait a day or two.
Partay in the morning for mommy!
I am trying to set up a new TV. Giving one of the old style ones I have had since I moved in to a friend who could use a second TV for her house. She is coming for it tonight. But I still don't have it all working yet. I will persist.....
-
Taped a fresh gauze pad with a generous amount of anti-bacterial ointment over the incisions where the drains were and then.
-
I am so happy for M0mmy and am praying all will heal well.
Doing a happy dance for You..........................

-
How are You and Faith doing?
-
Faith is behind me wanting me to pet her more, with her
smile, her ears are doing better too. I am hanging in there
fighting a cold and for my insurance to help more, Its a never
ending battle.
How about You?
-
Trying to stay warm and not catch the flu!
-
Thanks I will send You cyber hugs and some for faith.
she is sleeping behind me. How has Your week been?
-
Yesterday, I was dragged out in the cold by Husband for lunch.
Today, Husband brought lunch home from weekly grocery shopping. I just relaxed in the recliner!
-
That's good its so cold up there and are You still
getting more snow.
Faith and I were on the couch resting after cleaning
the house alittle, Fighting to get help with my sleep
mask, it leaks and is new. Hugs Debbie
-
Keep bugging someone until you get a proper fitting sleep mask.

-
lol
Was heaven to sleep on my side last night for the first time since the surgery!
I wanted a little snow but not as much as I have had!
-
-
-
-
lol
gonna see a dusting of snow tonight, but then one of the next storms could bring us 3-6 inches more. We've had a little bit of melting in the last two days, but that's gonna end with the bitter cold coming in today.
-
My best friend still lives in CT and they mentioned the extreme cold.
Stay warm my friends. Spring now five weeks away....
-
Fresh from a hot shower that felt so awesome! I'm not going outside today except to take out the dog to do his business.
-
Don't slip........................

-
Good morning hermits!
Teka- please stay healthy. Also trying to stay flu free this way too!
Footprints- I hope can get the sleeping mask problem worked out. I remember you were waiting for it for awhile for that to arrive. Sigh. Faith as your companion (on every level....)
Mommy- sleeping on one's side, hot shower, all sounds good. You are on the mend once again......
Mags and Bippy- almost done with week 4 of rads. One more day to go after this. Counting down with you still.....
Lilly- hope you are feeling warmer and more settled in your new space?
Onco, Ducky, Daisy, Cami, Blondie, and everyone else here, hope you are doing okay today.....
-
Happy Birthday Onco!

-
Hello Hermits,
Mags, snooze as much as you can. Do you have a soft cuddle blanket? Any more peppermint creamer for the coffee? Some soft music... create a sanctuary. You are one strong woman!
Lilly, it sounds like your sanctuary will be well thought out and comforting. Enjoy the process. Jazzy had lots of good advice on practicalities. Hope your retreat will be comforting for you as well as others...
Onco, Hope you are well! We all need a sanctuary don't we? OOOOH - Happy Birthday!!! love the shells on that cake. Hope there is a celebration complete with smoothies!
Mommy, stay indoors and send that pup out - that's what I do (show him treat before he goes out...)! Don't fall and hurt yourself. Drain-free and showering - whooo hooo!
Footprints, will pray for easy breathing with the mask and without.
Teka, I shared your pic of the "Despicable Me" minion with my kids... so funny. Where do you find these things?? DO NOT CATCH THE FLU (or measles)! stay home as much as possible, everyone. If you stay inside, you won't slip on ice...
Jazzy, where do you go to find pics as well? You gals make me smile.
All, stay warm, dry and smiling ...
-
Onco,
Happy Birthday!!
