?pain after first radiotherapy treatment on implant

Hi there. I've just had my first radiotherapy treatment and am a little concerned that my boob feels a little 'tetchy', with a twinge kind of low level pain. I'm not sure whether maybe its just the couple of minutes lying with my arms above my head, as had the exchange only about 4 weeks ago and not done any upper body stretching since. But my range of movement is normal and my non-radiated boob, also with an implant feels OK. Anyone experienced similar? I realise I shouldn't feel anything at this extremely early stage.
