What about an ultrasound of your liver? No radiation or contrast, it's cheap and non-invasive and you can do it with the expanders in. I had one a couple of months after an abdominal CT for a suspected abscess after my hyst/ooph found two liver "incidentalomas". The ultrasound showed no changes so both were deemed benign. I hope yours turns out to be benign too.
Thank you for the positive thoughts and HUGS!! Woke up and that was my first thought and began to feel ill. This negative, what ifs, and waiting for tests is the WORST part of all of this. I am going for surgery today and hoping to get positive and O.K>before that..as I know that helps, and I am ALWAYS positive, this is bringing me down severely.
Hoping area is a cyst and called dr 2 and left message to tell him my concerns from the 1st Dr I saw and waiting to see what he says...I will trust him and go from there if he honestly thinks only a cyst...maybe weeks later get the MRI...I need to calm myself and heal and what happens will happen, I know God is with me and I NEED to BELIEVE He is carrying me through these things that are too hard to deal with on my own.
Thanks for responding and I will report what happens for sure as I have to 'rest' after next expanders to implant surgery today..
