Remember clonal selection always works for cancer.   Don't read if you can't take bad statistics and prefer to shoot the messenger.

Caveat:  The overall likelihood of contralateral ER- tumor is still smaller than contralateral ER+ tumors.    So please don't stop tamoxifen or AI or whatever endocrine therapy you are on just based on this study.  

 

My point is simply:  this is why only the cure for the stage IVers is the true cure. We don't have it yet.
