The cost of a new hospital campus:  hundreds of million to billions.    

The cost of developing a new drug:   hundreds of million to billions

The cost of giving mammograms every year to every US women over age of 40 to catch maybe 60% of the breast cancers: billions 

The budget of national cancer institute:  5 Billion

Komen fundation yearly revenue: 400 million

So where are our priorities?
