Mushrooms  are source of  linoleic acid, which acts like an aromatase inhibitor.

Do portabella mushrooms work like an AI too?  I just had a wonderful portabella mushroom sandwich this weekend!  SO good! Or is it strictly button mushrooms and I think I read about shitake mushrooms being good for BC too?
