Help with breast/colorectal cancer research and enter the chance to win a Starbucks gift card!
My name is Kristina Karvinen and I am a researcher at Nipissing University in North Bay, Ontario. I am looking for breast/colorectal cancer survivors to complete a 10 minute long online survey about physical activity. Even if you don’t exercise regularly or don’t know anything about physical activity you can still participate!
In order to be eligible you must be 18 years of age or older and have been diagnosed with breast/colorectal cancer in the last 10 years. All responses will be completely anonymous. In appreciation of your time you will have the option of entering a free draw to win one of 10 $30 gift cards from Starbucks.
