Small round dimple in other side?

Hi, my diagnosis was 2 yrs. ago. I now have a small round dimple or pucker? between my breast and armpit on the uneffected side. It is not painful and I can't feel any lump. Anyone know what this is? Should I see a dr. about it? Thanks for any input.
