information about transportation to and from treatment

my name is vina, iam 41 years old and have mbc breast cancer. i was diagnosed 11 years ago. during that time i had a car, but since i was unable to work i have lost a lot of material things. i presently need information about transportation to my treatments because i was using access, but they  are not dependable. I went to a treatment waited for them to pick me up  and they never showed.  Can anyone help?

    The American Cancer Society has a program called Ride to Recovery that coordinates volunteer transportation to and from treatment for those who don't have a ride, or who are unable to drive themselves. Click the link above for more information. 

    You may also want to look at the Paying for Your Care section on the main Breastcancer.org site to find information about managing your health insurance, help with living expenses, lowering your medicine costs and other ways to make the financial part of BC a little easier.
