swim poofy made from shower puff

I had a right mastectomy and am trying to make a swim poofy "prosthetic" from a shower puff with some online instructions that aren't very clear.  Does anyone know where I can find some really clear instructions for making one of these things?  I don't know whether to laugh or cry over this thing!

I don't know where to find good directions. I finally took a piece of the net and used it to cover the winding I'd done. It took quite a few tries to get something that looked ok. When I was mostly satisfied, I covered it with the extra net, folded the edges in and popped it into the pocket I'd sewn in my swim suit. My swim suit had a built in bra--that's what the pocket was sewed to. I haven't gone swimming, but it worked fine in the hot tub.

Thanks for the pics, I read about these on another thread but couldn't figure it out. I made one I will try it in my suit now that I have one made.
