Need some reassurance!

I have been through the 4 AC treatments and getting ready to start Taxol tomorrow.  My physicians felt that neoadjuvant chemotherapy would be better for me as my tumor was in the early stages, and by doing the therapy before surgery the reconstruction would be easier.  I have been out on the internet (probably not a good thing) trying to learn more about the Taxol and how it works. While I have read that taxol is amazing at shrinking the tumor, it can release tumor cells into the bloodstream, which completely freaks me out...so much so that I am ready to put a halt on my treatment until I can find out more.  Any thoughts out there?  Maybe my anxiety is just overriding my clear thinking today.  Scared....
