Nerve irritation- lone term effect of rads?

I had a WLE and lymph nodes removed last year with rads in October. Apart from some fliud in my affected breast I havent had much trouble. However I have a sore line across my skin on the back of my shoulder on the other side. There is nothing to see. I have had it for 4 weeks now so saw my GP who said it was a nerve irritated but he didnt know why. Could this be a late effect of rads?
