Liver mets?

I have bitter taste in my mouth, my tongue is white  and mouth is so  dry, I have  to  drink  every half hour.

I   checked my last blood  test  and  AST  was  80, Alk.Phosp. -  131  and I feel miserable, I think it is  liver met. ( Doctor  didn't  tell me my blood work came  back  high, usually my AST - 35, Alk - 75 )  So, I  made app.  with  my  PCP and will ask for scan.

During 12 months I have had mastectomy, chemo, radiation, oorphectomy  and i am taking Femara but oncologist never ordered  scan after treatments.

I am lost in nonstop battle and not sure what to do next, any suggestion?

Dx 5/2011,  IDC, 10 cm, Stage 3, Grade 3, ER+/PR+, all lymph nodes removed

Nausea? Pain under right rib, referring to shoulder? Yes it could be, or you could have garden variety flu. An abdominal ultrasound could be useful. Mine recently r/o recurrence in my liver, kidneys and spleen. Didn't explain why I felt like crap. But IAm feeling better now than I have in four months. Liver mets have no specific signs. If I start to turn yellow or lose a lot of weight I will look again.

Request some kind of diagnostic. Stress is a Risk factor for recurrence. Pax

Hi there, I had similar symptoms in my mouth and it turned out to be thrush.  I had to use this awful tasting mouthwasht they prescribed me and it went away after 1 month. My alp was 118 at the time. Perhaps it's something simple like that.  Hoping it is.
