Re-construction after excisional biopsy/lump removal?

Morning ladies,

I was wondering if anyone knows if Ontario covers re-construction after large amounts of tissue removal but not the entire breast.  I have a area of tissue in my left breast that is being closely monitored (MRI every 6 months) that on a vacuum assisted biopsy (also MRI guided) showed a few types of abnormal results but not cancer.  

The tissue involved, plus borders will equal about the upper half of my breast.  Its a lot to take out my surgeon has even said that it would be "disfiguring".  I'm 36 and am hoping that there are some reconstruction options out there that OHIP covers.
