I reviewed my former gyno on yelp. Yes I ripped her and her office a new one. They deserved it. When I called after my biopsy to tell  her office I would never come back accept to pick up my records. Well she called the next day. I don't think she even knew I had a biopsy. I sent her to yelp to read my review. You better believe she wrote me a CYA letter. I think she was afraid I was going to sue her. The information I posted stated the facts and presented questions about my care (or lack of).

Can you see it, a physician suing a cancer patient that technically she missed diagnosed. (Didn't feel the hard mass that the US tech was freaking out about 5 weeks later!)

I don't know, I mean I'm afraid to post under my real ID here now. I've been pretty honest for a couple of years about what I think she (ps) did wrong and is responsible for, but wouldn't know how to prove anything.

Iago - I could see that - but then I could also see the counter-claim for malpractice, which probably would fail, but the threat of the gyno having to inform her malpractice insurance carrier of the need of their services to defend the action - one she brought on herself by her original suit?  Priceless.. :)

MissTerri - I have no idea what you've been saying about your doctors, but unless you're making specific allegations, naming names and creating criminal liability for them (the orignal case accused the doctor of a whole bunch of things - and if the surgery wasn't actually done, but he billed the insurance company for it?  That's insurance fraud)., I don't think you have to worry.  You're allowed to express your opinion.  You can't make up baseless claims, but you can have an opinion.

itjustme10, thanks for your reassurance. But I am still worried. I don't want to post under this name anything specific because I'm so nervous now. I even have my photo and home town shwoing. I never said anything that isn't true, I know in my gut she caused my problems. How do you prove it though? And even if I can, what if these doctors look at sites like this? If they sue whether or not you're right you still have to go to court. They have expensive attorneys and I could never afford one to defend me. I know I would have to have one and that scares me!
