Amazing how this BC ride takes us on a rollercoaster ride - The good days come and we hope they remain but then we find ourselves riding down -How do you overcome the bad days -For me staying as busy as possible keeps the thoughts at bay. We all feel the fear from time to time...it is natural - (((hugs to all us sisters))
