How do you follow-up?

Hi all-

 I will shortly behaving my first follow-up with a new oncologist post surgery in January.  I met him briefly to discuss starting on arimidex, and he seems like a good doc.  But I wonder what some of you in a similar spot have done for follow-up.  In January I had BMX and complete hysterectomy after finding a second primary that was small and node negative.  And I started on arimidex in March.  No chemo or rads because it was little, node neg, and low oncotype score. I haven't had any scans or anything.  I don't know what he will suggest, but what is standard o carer for my position? What have you done?
