tiny lung nodule

 I completed my radiotherapy on 16th August 2011.  Prior to that had full chemo followed by lumpectomy.  Everything went well but a scan ( contrast )  taken in  november 2011 showed tiny nodule at the base of Rt. lung ( same side of breast cancer).   A scan prior to chemo which was NOT contrast scan did not show any nodule.  They booked a repeat contrast scan after six month which was carried out yesterday 1st May 2012.   I am awating to see my onco on 15th May toknow the result.   This was CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis.  

It would be great to share your experience regarding this.  Could the nodule be a spread in the lung?  Chance of more spread?
