Concerned

Hi I haven't been on for awhile.  Hope everyone is well.  I have been having this dull pain on my lower back on my right side that will sometimes shoot around to my hip and down my leg.  Anyone else experience this?  It is not really painful but I am concerned, I am 3 years out and my last check up my numbers were good no cause for concern.

I am always bending of course the wrong way and tend to sleep on my right side.  I have also gained some weight due to my thyroid being destroyed by rads.  I am still trying to regulate it.

I have an onc check up in a couple of weeks and a bone density scan.  Does anyone think I should maybe move my onc appointment up or could this just be more side effects of Arimidex?
