Lump after Fat Grafting/Exchange

Talk me down off of the ledge ... I was just squishing my new squishy and I felt a bump. Of course, it is right where I found my original lump 18 months ago. I just had exchange and fat grafting 4 days ago. Could it be swelling? Could it be a clump of fat? I just had a clean PET scan in January and I don't see how I could have missed lump seeing how tight the blessed TE was, but needless to say I am worried.
