Another question scar tissue? and class II Sleeve?

I have noticed when doing my Lebed DVD the area  that goes from the curve in the under arm to your chest has a small bump/lump. I am very very tight in that area. I am working on getting it more flexible with the stretches in the DVD. Should I be alarmed at this lump. To try and discribe where it is....when you raiser you arm to shave it would be right in the area that goes from your arm and into your breast...does that make sense?

I am having a bad day with my arm. Lots of pain. I did the full video this morning with a long pump and MLD and then just did some MLD tonight. Of course I have to get up and work at 330am and it is 1115pm now...

I am also wondering if the Class II sleeve is doing more harm. It digs into the top of my arm so bad it hurts not really the dots but the seam right below the dots.

    Thanks for any input

Allison, if your sleeve hurts you need to check the fit with your therapist. Hurting isn't good for LE.Frown A too-tight-at-the-top sleeve could cause swelling where you've described it--it causes my whole chest area to swell. I don't have any idea why that is, but it doesUndecided. Do check it out, though, as a sleeve that's tight at the top isn't good.

Sleep is, though!Laughing Hope you're already in bed and sleeping double-time!

Please keep us posted on how you're doing. Gentle hugs,

hi binney - no not sleeping yet. god 3 hours of sleep, work then my hubby is leaving for a business trip tomorrow afternoon and I have my 2 1/2 year old for the next 4 days Tongue out

So should i wear my old Juzo Class I sleeve? I see the new therapist on Monday afternoon, super excited about that too.

Allison, I hope your little one naps -- hopefully you can catch up a bit on some sleep!

If you old sleeve fits you well and doesn't cause pain you could wear it, but if you have new swelling it might also be too tight. Check it out and go with it if it's comfortable (well, as comfortable as compression sleeves are, anywayTongue out).

Anxious to hear how it goes tomorrow.
