Hormone therapy in hopes of getting cycle back

I finished all treatment for tnbc in February. The last step was bilateral mastectomy, and the pathology showed a complete pathological response.
My blood work is consistent with ovarian failure, and my onc and I discussed attempting to get my cycle back. He is supportive because I had triple negative and because I did bilateral mastectomy.
Has anyone else had any experience trying to get her mentral cycle back? Any advice? I'm seeing an endocrinologist next week, and I am hoping to get my cycle back for bone density reasons as well as getting close to my pre-chemo physical state....
