PET/CT test to find the women who might benefit from TDM-1

This clinical trial is in Belgium. Goal is to identify who might benefit from TDM-1 using noninvasive test 89Zr-trastuzumab labelled CT/PET imaging.   This clinical trial is practically no cost, everyone who live nearby should get in.   The benefit might be huge, allows better targetting of TDM-1:

I've read papers that only 2%-5% of BC patients do clinical trials.   Lots of studies can't get patient accruals.  Childhood cancer used to be a big killer, butin America, we have the system of all pediatric cancer patients go through clinical trials.   Now pediatric cancer has 90% cure rate.    If 100% of advanced stage patients go through clinical trials,maybe BC research can go faster...

Could someone repost this clinical trial to stage IV?   stage IV would be most interested in this.
