Multiple Sclerosis AND breast cancer

I have been living with Multiple Sclerosis for almost 12 years.  Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with Grade III breast cancer. My tumor is 3/4 inch and I am negative for th BRCA gene and I don't know results of my HER2 tests yet.  My cancer has not spread as yet in my right breast.  I am suppose to have surgery this coming Thursday, the 19th.  I'm having a very hard time deciding whether lumpectomy or complete matectomy's. I do not ever want to go through this again.  Due to my MS as well, I've now been removed from my MS medication - shots 3 times a week as it weakens my immune system and white blood cell count.  I have to boost mine as I'll need chemotherapy.  I'm scared to have the mastectomies done, but don't ever want to go through this again.  I'm scared for a reoccurrence as I just turned 40 3 weeks ago. Is anyone out there that has MS and breast cancer?  Can you tell me how you treat your MS now?  Did you opt for mastectomy vs. lumpectomy?  Help me please...I have to make this decision NOW as surgery is needed ASAP before my cancer spreads.
