Any ER+ who havent had OS?

Hi ladies

Please forgive me, I have posted before on this issue but need help before I reach a decision.

I am 42. My periods resumed in Nov 2011 (3 months after TCH) On Tamoxifen but no SE's (no hot flashes even) I want to hear from any Her 2 ER+ ladies in a similar situation who are several years out, still on Tamoxifen and who haven't had ovarian surpression. Getting increasingly nervous that I should be taking the OS route, but really dreading more surgery/SE's just when I'm nearing the end of active treatment.
