    Looking for a good diet that will be positive while on tamoxifen.  Want to do all the right things but all the information is confusing, not always accurate and overwhelming.

    I found a website that covers nutrition during the bc "journey" : www.foodforbreastcancer.com.  And, you're right, information on proper nutrition can be contradictory and confusing. Good luck to you.
