I was listening to a similar discussion about this last night on Doctor Radio (XM).  At last, some doctors are finally waking up to and acknowledging the long range impairments and life altering changes of bc tx, especially for younger women.  Evidently, some of this is coming from a significant increase in bc survivors these days.  

Hopefully, what sounds like new recognition will lead to more integrative treatment models and other beneficial developments.    Deanna
