Cancer in breast skin or tissue?

 Had a mastectomy and reconstruction 11 years ago and now experiencing some discomfort, burning and slight pain in that breast.  Had an MRI and it showed no cancer.  Thank God! 

 But where my nipple was tatooed it looks like that area has a bit of white that came out of no where, now I'm worried because I read that you can have it in the skin or tissue?  Someone else said it was under the tram flap on the rib?  How would I know this?  Just had an x-ray but don't have the results back yet.  Does this fear ever end?  Always something to worry about.

Like to hear from anyone else that has had any of the above symtoms.
