arimidex ?

Hi, everyone,

My wife has just finished her five years on arimidex! Five years of aches and pains and numb hands and feet. So PROUD of her. My question is simple, will these side affects eventually go away? If so how long has it taken some of you to see an improvment in the quality of your lives after finishing arimidex? I would love to share some good new with her.

I have no answer for you.  I am on my third year with this drug, at age 67.  It is causing me loss of hair and that is very difficult for any woman.  I just want to say that I admire you for your love and concern for your wife.  May God bless you both!  I have some issues, thinking it was "old age setting in."  Now, you have me wondering if it is "arimidex" causing these difficulties??  I need to keep estrogen out of my body, and this "arimidix" supposedly, prevents this from happening.  However, I am experiencing joint pain and difficulties that I have never experienced before.  Perhaps, it is getting "old!"  Hate that!!
