Help.. What are the best questions to ask my BS???

Hello and thank you so much for your help!!!   I go see my BS next week..

This is where I'm at, had a diagnostic mammo/us both came back normal(2 1inch cysts in right breast).  Here is what going on,  left swollen underarm pit, a little thickening of skin closer to the underarm, right breast enlarged, pink around nipple and my nipple it's self has changed.  Don't hurt sometimes itching and sometimes shoot pain in nipple forgot to mention I do have very dense breast.. I just finished my 10days of antibiotics.. and nothing has changed still have all of the above.  so my question to you is please advise me on some great questions to ask my breast surgeon??  Just trying to stay positive!!!  Thanks again for any help you can give!!!
