No beach & live in the tropics

Just needed to vent....I feel so sad....my 3 year old is begging to go to the beach. We live in the Caribbean. I live the beach myself....I'm 4 weeks post R.MX....and feel very self conscious with 1 boobie ....no suitable swimwear/foobie....I just feel frustrated....



I know this will be behind me soon but I'm just in a rut...it's beatiful outside man., ugh.,

    Know just how you feel. My BS said no bra for 5 weeks and I pretty much curtailed what I did. Went out with coat/sweater doing the hiding (won't work for you). Do you have a suit that would work if you had a foobie? I've seen a thread about making a swim foob out of the nylon net scrubbies they sell for bathing. If you have a top that is covered enough, it's pretty easy to add a pocket for the foob. Otherwise, just put a shirt on over your suit and go. Pretend they told you not to get too much sunshine.     Thanks Wren...I did get out last week.....what a relief! I'm working on the foob ! I use hubby's ock right now but I'd try the esh scrubbie! Thanks!
