Mapping problems

My RO's office has tried 3 times to map me for radiation therapy. We've tried flat on my back, slightly tilted and prone.
So has anyone "failed" radiation setup? The tell me they will be contacting me next week once they've had a chance to consider my options.
The problem seems to be the fact that I'm a large woman, and busty (44DD) and my cancer was pretty much under my right arm.
