Spotting during FAC Questions

So, I had 1 period at the beginning of weekly taxol and went into serious chemopause. Crazy hot flashes, everything 
Periods stopped. Well I am 6 weeks into FAC (2 treatments of 4) next ones on monday and I had some spotting for the first time in like 16 weeks. Is that normal? Is it normal to come out of chemopause while still on chemo? Thanks!
