Seromas and chemo

There has been delay with my ac/4x and twelve x taxol for one reason or another, the last beeing a seroma on my right breast that I got after bilateral masectomy.  The Onc wanted the surgeon to attempt to drain it.  I was sent for an  ultrasound surgeon reported small pockets of liquid and to let the ONC know and see if she still wanted them drained beause it would have to be by ultrasound.,   In the meantime Onc received OncoDX test stating I'm triple negative. Now  there is an urgency to start treatment ASAP.  Onc says can't wait for seroma to clear.   My regular Dr. has concerns as did the ONC about infection now it seems its a factor but in the back burner for treatment, I'm concerned I;ll get an infection which my primary doctor said will complicate the treatment and bring me extreme discomfort.  Any suggestions or has anyone gone threw this seroma problem with chemo.
