Feel like I turned an important corner today.

Got back from a follow-up CT scan and everything was NED again! Three months ago I got a clean bill of health, but there were some anomalies that needed to be rechecked. Of course that's all I thought about rather than the generally clean results. Anyway, today verified that there is no evidence of disease. Woohoo! 

Don't need another CT for a year. It feels like I am really approaching the end of treatment, aside from my 3 month Zometa infusions and daily Aromasin. Normal, like in before bc, seems just a little bit closer today. I know thinking and worrying about cancer won't ever entirely go away, unless they come up with a bona fide cure, but my obsessive thinking about it may be ending. Here's to hope!!

Good for you yorkiemom. We all know when we are at that point. For me, having hair and no wig was it: very liberating. And then going back to work.
