Another area with missed BC paitients?!

Just caught this on the news... It boggles my mind that this is coming out.
Between the mishaps in Windsor... The mishaps down east... The story that I caught in February about the woman in BC, etc. etc. And now this.
This is some scary stuff... It makes me think that maybe images need to be independently re-read. I know that would be cost and time prohibitive but this is blowing my mind. How can there be so many issues with this?
Not to mention the Dr's who claim a mammogram is the be all and end all and fail to tell you that they miss 10-20% of all cancers.
My heart goes out to any women affected by this!
