Possible need for chemo?

I was dx'd and treated for DCIS, grade 3 with comedonecrosis in 2011 (ER+/PR+) (finished rads on Dec 14th) of my left breast. I had my first followup mammogram in February and was just diagnosed with 2 tumors in my right breast. One is IDC (2.1cm) the other ILC (0.9mm). It is Grade 2. 6/9 Nottingham score. ER+/PR+/HER2 neg.  I've been on Tamoxifen since Feb 1st. I had another lumpectomy yesterday with negative SNB and clear margins. My surgeon mentioned the possibility of chemo at my first appt but hasn't mentioned it again. Just rads. I do not have an oncotype score as of yet. Is the fact that this is a contralateral primary BC a factor in determining the need for chemo? I am BRCA negative but with a very strong family HX (mother, sister, aunt). I don't have an appointment with MO until April 26th. I am going to post this on the Chemotherapy forum as well. Any input would be appreciated.
