young christian wanting to attract guys after treatment

there didnt seem to be a place for this discussion so im going to post here.

Have finished my chemo and radiation treatment and im trying to pull myself back together and find the new normal. one of the things im worried about is dating etc. Obviously i would like to date only christian guys so im wondering how i attract the right guy when my confidence hasnt come back yet after surgery. Havent had recon yet so my body isnt feeling the best. ive heard the cliques about "it will happen when you arent looking". etc

i would just like some practical advice on how to make my self look more appealing on the outside while still working on my self esteem from the inside and sorting things out there as well. have thought about seeing a breast cancer councillor about that sort of thing but havent made plans yet.
